Your Role as a Team Member

As a key member of our team, your primary focus will be on ensuring guest satisfaction. Whether you are the first point of contact for our guests or responsible for crafting our beloved baked goods, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences. Your enthusiasm for customer service and ability to multitask will set you apart in this fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of all baked goods during your shift.
  • Ensure the soup and sandwich station is fully stocked and ready for service.
  • Prepare backup items as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas, including refrigerators, freezers, and dishwashing stations.
  • Adhere to all food safety and operational standards during food preparation and equipment use.
  • Monitor inventory levels in fridges and freezers, and manage ordering as necessary.
  • Produce items in smaller batches throughout the day to minimize waste, documenting prepared items and waste accurately.
  • Assist in guest service at the front of the restaurant when required.
  • Regularly check and record temperatures of food products and storage areas in the Time & Temperature Log.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow production team members.
