Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team at 2235016 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to achieve daily objectives
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of transportation activities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Train and develop staff to improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with vehicle operators to optimize routes and reduce costs
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in transportation or logistics
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and dispatch management software
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of transportation regulations and practices.
