Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shefield Express. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to meet sales targets
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, including cashiers and retail salespersons
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
Our store is located in a busy retail area, and you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a team of sales associates. You will be required to stand for extended periods and walk around the store to perform your duties.
