Line Cook Supervisor

As a Chef de Partie at Chez Christophe, you will play a crucial role in our culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Training: Demonstrate innovative cooking techniques and equipment usage to enhance the skills of the kitchen staff.
- Recipe Development: Create and refine new recipes that align with our culinary vision.
- Instruction: Guide cooks in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of dishes.
- Supervision: Oversee the activities of cooks and other kitchen personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of meals and specialty foods to meet customer expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a culinary environment.
