We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Olivo Cafe. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to meet the needs of our customers.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Team Support: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high-quality food production.
- Cross-Training: Participate in cross-training programs to develop skills and knowledge in areas such as food safety, customer service, and team leadership.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
