Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Mobile Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of safety and security within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to Mobile Field Supervisors by assisting with the training of new officers, fleet maintenance, and offering valuable site information.
  • Supervise and guide Officers, support special coverages, and ensure efficient branch operations after hours.
  • Respond to alarm and emergency dispatches, and respond to officers requiring assistance.
  • Ensure that all mobile security operations are organized, conducted appropriately, and that the policies and objectives of Paladin's management are carried out accordingly.
Requirements
  • Unrestricted Class 5 Driver's License
  • Strong knowledge of the area
  • Confident driving in a variety of road conditions
  • Professional and strong customer service skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and make sound decisions in emergencies
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, including writing comprehensive reports
  • Ability to maintain patrol records accurately
  • Ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion
