Job Title: Mobile Security Officer

Are you looking for a challenging role in security operations? As a Mobile Security Officer with Paladin Security, you will play a critical part in maintaining the highest standards of safety and security within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to Mobile Field Supervisors by assisting with training, fleet maintenance, and site information.
  • Supervise and guide Officers, support special coverages, and ensure efficient branch operations after hours.
  • Resolve on-site issues, escalating only when necessary.
  • Patrol sites assigned to your run sheet, respond to alarm & emergency dispatches, and assist officers in need.
  • Ensure all mobile security operations are organized, conducted appropriately, and align with Paladin's management policies.
Requirements:
  • Unrestricted Class 5 Driver's License
  • Strong knowledge of Kamloops and surrounding areas
  • Confident driving in various road conditions
  • Professional representation of Paladin with strong customer service skills
  • Effective communication with clients, emergency personnel, and the public
  • Multitasking, working under pressure, and making sound decisions in emergencies
  • Following written and verbal instructions, including writing comprehensive reports
  • Maintaining patrol records accurately
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
