Job Title: Access Control Security Guard, Hospital Setting

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Access Control Security Guard to join our team at a hospital setting in Winnipeg. As an Access Control Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and greet visitors and patients in a professional manner.
  • Monitor and control access to the hospital, ensuring that only authorized personnel and visitors are allowed to enter.
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct ID checks and monitor site visitors, staff, and patients.
  • Perform daily and incident reporting according to site requirements and standards.
Requirements:
  • Valid Permanent Manitoba Security Guard license.
  • Ability to work morning shifts.
  • Fluent in English, both written and orally.
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service skills.
