Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct foot patrols of buildings, both interior and exterior, to ensure the security and safety of the premises.
  • Monitor access control systems to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize radio communication systems to stay in touch with colleagues and respond to emergencies.
  • Monitor situations, property, and events to identify potential security risks and take appropriate action.
  • Sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and community members.
Requirements:
  • Security Guard License and relevant security experience.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to write comprehensive reports and maintain accurate records.
