Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Hong Huynh. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and that stock is properly rotated.
- Customer Service: Greet customers and respond to their inquiries, resolving any issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner.
- Merchandising: Ensure that the store is visually appealing and that merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer service metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Store Operations: Oversee the maintenance of the store, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to retail staff on sales techniques, customer service, and store operations.
- Compliance: Ensure that all store operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
