Job Title: Principal User Experience Designer

At Hasbro, we're committed to creating immersive gaming experiences that bring people together. As a Principal User Experience Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping the user experience of our next-generation games.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our players
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of UX design into the game development process
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve player engagement
  • Design and develop prototypes to test and refine UX concepts
  • Work closely with the game design team to ensure that UX design aligns with game design goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and best practices to continuously improve our gaming experiences
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong background in game development
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality UX design solutions that meet business objectives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of user research methods and usability testing
  • Experience with game development tools and technologies, such as Unreal Engine
  • Fluency in English and French
