At Hasbro, we're passionate about creating immersive gaming experiences that bring people together. As a Principal User Experience Designer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our next-generation AAA multiplayer game.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement player-centric systems that drive engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experience across gameplay loops
  • Define and communicate UX vision to ensure consistency throughout the game
  • Build functional prototypes and test concept features to eliminate friction points
  • Ensure proper implementation of functionalities and follow up on implementation
  • Continuously test and adapt designs based on results
  • Use usability tests and player feedback to improve overall user experience
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in UX design
  • At least one AAA video game title delivered in a User Experience Designer role
  • Experience and passion for multiplayer, GaaS, and PVP games is a strong plus
  • Experience with Unreal Engine is a plus
  • Great video game culture
  • Initiative to push boundaries and a strong desire to build something outstanding
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English
