We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Renovation Labor/Helper. As a key member of our restoration team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers recover from property damage.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare work areas for restoration activities, setting up staging areas and equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with management and other technicians to ensure efficient production processes.
- Perform restoration tasks as directed, adhering to industry standards and company protocols.
- Conduct end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, ensuring a clean and orderly jobsite.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
- Ability to work with and around cleaning agents.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.

Compensation$24.00 per hour.
