Qualifications:

  • **Experience:** 2 to 3 years in a related field
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed estimates for labor and material expenses
  • Prepare submissions for client pre-qualifications
  • Analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ascertain project requirements
  • Conduct economic feasibility assessments and preliminary project estimates
  • Forecast cash flow and financial requirements for projects
  • Generate and present estimate reports, quotation sheets, and bidding documents
  • Provide guidance on tendering processes
  • Evaluate tenders and suggest award recommendations
  • Establish cost monitoring and reporting frameworks
  • Oversee and adjust contract spending
  • Maintain a comprehensive directory of suppliers and trade contractors
  • Assess costs and materials effectively
