Job Title: Innovation and Change Agent Intern in Engineering

Position Overview:
- Implement solutions in engineering, production, and occupational safety.
- Oversee projects related to the design and production of assembly jigs and the enhancement of workstations.
- Engage in the processes of workstation design and optimization.
- Utilize CREO software for the modeling of components.
- Design, prototype, and monitor custom orders using advanced 3D printing techniques.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at digital transformation, including process automation and production oversight.
- Assist in conducting health and safety risk evaluations.
- Document engineering designs and technical drawings meticulously.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Mechanical or Robotic Engineering program.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Strong project management competencies.
- Familiarity with 3D printing technology is advantageous.
- Proficiency in CREO and AutoCAD is beneficial.
- English language proficiency is a plus.
Work Environment:
- This internship is situated within the Continuous Improvement department.
- Work will be conducted in an office environment, manufacturing area, and laboratory.
