Robinhood Markets is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial reporting team, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, regulatory filings, and investor communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
- Prepare and review regulatory filings, including 8-Ks, 10-Qs, and 10-Ks.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2-4 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a publicly traded company.
- Excellent knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
