Financial Services Representative in Investments

Join National Bank as a Financial Services Representative in Investments and contribute to creating a positive impact for our clients. In this role, you will support Financial Planners in all their administrative investment activities, while participating in business development activities with clients.
Your Responsibilities:- Optimize interactions with clients on the technical, administrative, and operational aspects of their investment transactions.
- Use an advisory approach by detecting opportunities and referring clients to the right specialist.
- Propose transaction and investment solutions when analyzing client files, if required.
- Support Financial Planners in data analysis and solving complex files to satisfy clients.
- Ensure compliance with the processes used and the implementation of new features.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills through training, hands-on learning, and discussions with your partners. This position reports to the Financial Planner Manager.
Prerequisites:- High school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or college diploma and 1 year of relevant experience.
- Mutual Fund Representative (MFR) license (or obtain certification within 3 months of hiring).
- Experience in customer service and interest in business development.
- Basic investment knowledge.
- Experience in administrative support and in processing investment, financing, and transaction products.
- Proficient with IT tools and comfortable navigating digital tools.
- Ability to rigorously manage several requests at the same time.
