About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Rai Sharan Kaur. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Mopping: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Dusting and Polishing: Dust furniture and polish surfaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Vacuuming and Cleaning: Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and tidy environment.
  • Bed Making and Linen Management: Make beds and change sheets to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Supply Distribution: Distribute clean towels and toiletries to ensure a comfortable and clean environment.
  • Stock Management: Stock linen closet to ensure a sufficient supply of linens.
  • Sanitizing and Disinfecting: Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Disinfecting and Cleaning: Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Elevator Cleaning: Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • General Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Window Cleaning: Wash windows, walls and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Changing Room and Shower Cleaning: Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail to ensure a high level of cleanliness.
  • Physical Demands: Perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling.
