Job Title: Account Manager

ChampionX is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Provide technical support to customers, resolving issues and escalating as necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of technical sales or field sales support experience
  • High computer application literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and internal business systems
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Strong work ethic, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in a technical sales or field sales support role
  • Previous Petrochemical experience, Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
  • Working knowledge of water treatment systems and history of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation
