Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Buckerfield's in Parksville, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment
  2. Assist in managing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
  4. Contribute to the achievement of sales and customer satisfaction targets
  5. Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge

Requirements

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Previous experience in retail or a related field
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
