Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist Intern to join our team at Lawtons. As a key member of our pharmacy services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our customers and medical practitioners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pharmacy services and support to customers, medical practitioners, and other retail pharmacies.
  • Work within assigned territory to achieve excellence in patient-focused care, customer service, workflow efficiencies, and professional clinical services.
  • Focus on clinical services, including medication reviews, health risk assessments, and prescription safety.
  • Initiate care plans, follow up, and document patient information.
  • Coach pharmacy students and pharmacy assistants to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Provide patient counseling and education on new therapies and medications.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the province of responsibility.
  • Previous experience in a retail and/or retail pharmacy setting preferred.
