About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Security Guard to join our team at Condor Security Inc. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients with special needs, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation and effective communication.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit progress reports, as well as other relevant documentation, to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support security operations.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security guards, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operation and effective use of resources.
Supervision and Team Management
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 1-2 people, with the potential to expand to 3-4 people.
  • Team Members: Work closely with security guards to ensure effective team operation and communication.
Security and Safety
  • Criminal Record Check: Conduct thorough background checks on all team members to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
