Project Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team at HOK Group, Inc. This role will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of architectural projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring they meet the client's needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of architects, engineers, and other consultants.
  • Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Professional registration as an Architect in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software.
