About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Dhaliwal's Lounge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables.
    • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, or room billings.
  • Table Management
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
    • Greet patrons, present menus, and make recommendations.
  • Communication
    • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
    • Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding menu items and daily specials.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
