We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and motivated sales professionals to join our expanding team. The Rental Sales Representative will play a crucial role in business development by promoting our rental product offerings and enhancing our customer base through direct sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to address inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and credit terms.
- Advise customers on suitable products based on their needs and preferences.
- Reach out to both existing and potential clients to showcase products, explain features, and secure orders.
- Provide accurate estimates or quotes for pricing, contract terms, warranties, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to resolve any issues and ensure ongoing support.
- Prepare tailored estimates and bids to meet specific customer requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities through various channels, including directories, leads from current clients, and participation in industry events.
- Coordinate the delivery and installation of products and equipment.
- Stay informed about market trends, product innovations, and competitor activities.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to persuade potential customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
- Support rental customers and assist with rental counter operations as needed.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Consistent attendance is essential for this role.
- Willingness to travel as necessary and complete the required application process.
