We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our team at The Grounds Guys. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional lawn care and landscaping services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute high-quality landscape maintenance tasks, ensuring exceptional service delivery to every customer.
- Work as a front-line employee, providing exceptional care to every customer and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Perform physical tasks such as mowing, trimming, and pruning in various weather conditions.
- Maintain equipment and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in landscaping or a related industry is preferred.
- Ability to lift/carry 35-80 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to complete training within the first 6 months if no prior experience.
Benefits and Compensation:
The compensation for this position ranges from $20.00 to $22.00, depending on experience. As you grow in your role, there will be opportunities for advancement and skill development. We also offer incentives based on individual and company success.
