Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor of Food Services to join our team at Starbucks Coffee Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our coffee shop, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our food and beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Food and Beverage Quality
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory and Supplies
    • Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for employees and customers.

Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency required.
