Trotter & Morton Group of Companies is a leading provider of integrated construction solutions, specializing in industrial construction, commercial construction, facility services, and building maintenance. We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Analyst to join our team of experienced personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Manage core infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V Clusters, virtual machines, switches, firewalls, and other networking and communication equipment.
- Ensure data protection and retention for on-premises and cloud systems.
- Proactively monitor and tune IT services for availability and optimum performance.
- Plan and manage the life cycle of all IT assets.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including the Health and Safety program.
- Strong networking skills, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, PXE, Fortinet/Palo Alto firewalls, HP/Aruba switching, VPLS, routing, VPN, and access lists.
- Experience in system administration, managing Microsoft Windows Server 2019 or higher, basic Linux, Remote Desktop Services, and application deployment.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS, replication, PowerShell, and Windows updates.
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2016, Exchange online email archiving, and E-discovery.
- Administration of collaborative services, such as SharePoint, and unified communications, like MS Teams.
- Experience with VOIP phone systems, IOS devices, and mobile device management.
- Cloud transitioning and management experience, including Office 365.
- University degree or college diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in networking design and management, and server administration.
