The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Infrastructure Team in Calgary, AB. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating our prioritized Infrastructure roadmap and backlog, ensuring we meet our business objectives. You'll work closely with stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of our product stack and bring high-impact opportunities to our platform product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of our Infrastructure roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and articulate complex requirements, resulting in effective user stories.
  • Analyze build vs buy options, working with vendors and partners to develop integration and deployment plans.
  • Ensure non-functional requirements (scalability, security, reliability) are met, participating in sprint ceremonies to ensure team understanding.
  • Analyze data, troubleshoot problems, and build documents to ensure Infrastructure success.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with technical products, translating company strategy into actionable roadmaps.
  • Prior start-up or product experience, business analyst, management consulting, or engineering background.
  • High achievers who are willing to learn about the financial domain and share nuanced opinions on what makes a platform great.
  • Capable of executing high-value projects with multiple stakeholders, dealing with competing priorities.
