We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Assistant II-PT to join our team at FreshCo in Brampton, ON. As a Pharmacy Assistant II-PT, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient-centered care and exceeding patients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prescription assembly and data entry
  • Process customer transactions, including receiving and releasing prescriptions
  • Receive in-person and telephone refill requests and record deliveries
  • Promote PROfile programs
  • Compounding and pill pack assembly
  • Filing prescriptions, ordering and replenishing supplies, and cleaning
  • Drug order creation and receiving
  • Schedule professional clinical services, such as medication reviews and health risk assessments
  • BTC management
Administrative Duties:
  • Cycle counts, narcotic counts, return to stocks, TML's, and manual third parties
  • Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards
  • Assist with other pharmacy operations as required
Requirements:
  • Pharmacy Assistant Certificate or diploma (preferred)
  • 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Assistant (preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
