Peak Products Manufacturing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Home Depot associates at all levels.
- Conduct regular store visits to provide product training and support.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Home Depot.
- Support and execute new product launches and store resets.
- Manage and maintain planogram data base.
- Attend weekly Home Depot meetings and participate in discussions.
- Lead road shows and store events in the region.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience.
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, or account management, particularly in the home improvement industry.
- Superior work ethic and self-starter.
- Ability and willingness to travel by car and plane.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Peak Products Manufacturing offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting salary of $70,000, discretionary bonus, and gas card. We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity, fairness, and trust in the workplace.
