Regional Sales Manager

Peak Products Manufacturing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Home Depot associates at all levels.
  • Conduct regular store visits to provide product training and support.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within Home Depot.
  • Support and execute new product launches and store resets.
  • Manage and maintain planogram data base.
  • Attend weekly Home Depot meetings and participate in discussions.
  • Lead road shows and store events in the region.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience.
  • Experience in retail, manufacturing, or account management, particularly in the home improvement industry.
  • Superior work ethic and self-starter.
  • Ability and willingness to travel by car and plane.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Peak Products Manufacturing offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting salary of $70,000, discretionary bonus, and gas card. We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity, fairness, and trust in the workplace.
