At JC's Banquet & Grill House, we are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our beverages and food offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage the bar budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
  • Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the daily operations of the bar to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Revenue Monitoring: Monitor revenues to determine labor costs and make adjustments to optimize profitability.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our bar and increase sales.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Or equivalent experience

Working Conditions:

  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • Work Language: English
