Bar Manager

Boston Pizza is seeking a skilled Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily bar operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
The Bar Manager will supervise a team of 3-4 staff members and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:The Bar Manager will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Personal Suitability:The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be client-focused, and have efficient interpersonal skills.
The Bar Manager will work 35 hours per week and will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
The successful candidate will be a permanent employee of Boston Pizza and will be required to work in English.
