Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at The Westin Resort & Spa, Whistler. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and appliances
  • Vacuum and clean floors, carpets, and upholstered furniture
  • Restock linens, towels, and toiletries
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
