Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Analyze operating costs and other data to inform menu planning and kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with our management team to plan menus, manage inventory, and control costs.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize kitchen operations and control costs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and train kitchen staff.
  • Cook Trade Certification and Food Safety Certificate.
