Gas Station Team Lead

Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor
Econogas is seeking an organized and efficient individual to supervise the day-to-day operations of our gas bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of 5-10 staff members
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory of merchandise
- Cash Handling: Manage cash and oversee payroll administration
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews for staff
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Setting: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, team player
