Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at ECONO GAS. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Manage Sales and Inventory: Oversee sales performance, manage inventory levels, and implement strategies to increase sales and reduce waste.
  • Customer Service: Ensure customers receive a positive experience, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Operations and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our gas station operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
