Bakery Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Machine Operator to join our team at Dimpflmeier Bakery Limited. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our bakery equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and packaging machines
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to prevent equipment downtime
- Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals
- Record production data and maintain accurate records
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in a related field, preferably in a bakery or food processing environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
