Bilingual Training Consultant - English/Spanish - Corporate Learning
Our client, a prominent entity in the Banking Sector, is seeking a Bilingual Training Consultant - English/Spanish to enhance their corporate learning initiatives.
Role Overview
- Engage in the creation and development of training resources, conduct comprehensive needs assessments, design instructor-led training, and produce eLearning modules.
- Deliver training content to various stakeholders, including management and executive teams.
- Facilitate interactive question and answer sessions to enhance understanding.
- Develop and adapt training materials in Spanish to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.
- Address inquiries related to system knowledge and provide necessary updates to training documentation.
- Balance responsibilities between developing training content and delivering training sessions.
- Conduct demonstrations and training sessions for stakeholders.
- Create eLearning content utilizing Articulate Storyline.
- Draft communications related to training events, including invitations and follow-up messages.
- Maintain attendance records and documentation of training participants.
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas for improvement in training delivery.
Essential Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish with professional proficiency.
- 3-5+ years of experience in developing and implementing corporate training programs.
- 3-5+ years of experience managing the complete training cycle, from needs analysis to evaluation.
- 3-5+ years of experience in training on technological solutions, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
- 1-2 years of experience with Camtasia software.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to defined objectives.
- Flexibility to manage a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical, planning, project management, and organizational skills.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent skills in planning, prioritization, and time management.
- Experience with accessibility standards.
- Completion of any undergraduate program.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Adult Education is preferred, demonstrating knowledge of adult learning principles and various design methodologies.
- Experience in change management.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
- Experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe tools such as InDesign and Photoshop.
- Experience in global training implementation.
- Proven ability to develop storyboards for eLearning program creation.
- Experience with online training delivery methods.
