Job Title: Training and Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Implementation Consultant to join our team at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). As a key member of our Implementation and Prevention Services team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our Integrated Youth Services (IYS) model across Ontario.

About the Role:
  • Support the implementation of the PreVenture program in school boards and local YWHO networks
  • Collaborate with the Early Intervention and Prevention team to bring expertise in Implementation Science, Quality Improvement, and change management
  • Provide tailored support to Indigenous communities and service providers in all stages of implementation
  • Apply evidence-informed approaches to change, including Implementation Science and Quality Improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs for YWHO Networks, agencies, and school boards
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (social work, counselling, psychology, or a related health or social service discipline)
  • Registration with a relevant professional college/registering body
  • At least three years of experience in health promotion/prevention, community health, and/or mental health and substance use services
  • Expertise in health or mental health program planning and implementation
  • Demonstrated knowledge of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities, cultures, perspectives, and health service providers
