Payroll Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Implementation Specialist to join our team at ADP. As a Payroll Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring ADP's Workforce Now (WNF) methodology for clients, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll system configurations. You will also provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal team members on payroll configuration, analysis, and testing.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and configure ADP's WNF methodology for clients, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll system configurations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal team members on payroll configuration, analysis, and testing.
- Assist in designing and delivering training programs for clients and internal team members on WNF implementation methodology and payroll system configurations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate critical issues to senior leadership as necessary.
- Post-secondary education or related business experience.
- PC certification required and fundamental NPI courses.
- 3-5 years of payroll experience or relative field.
- Effective communication: verbal and written skills in English and French.
- Excellent client management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work mentor, be resourceful, and be a strong team player.
