Position Overview

As a Regional Operations Manager at RW&CO, you will report directly to the District Sales Manager and oversee a cluster of 6 retail locations within the Montreal region. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of Store Managers in delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining store profitability, ensuring a seamless Omni Channel experience, and achieving merchandising excellence, all while fostering a diverse, inclusive, and rewarding work environment for employees.


Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire and drive store performance through effective visits aimed at influencing and nurturing behaviors that meet financial objectives and uphold brand standards.
  • Collaborate with your teams and business partners to develop tailored business plans and strategies that contribute to the success of your designated area.
  • Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high-performing store leaders while establishing a robust succession plan.
  • Mentor and develop store managers by setting clear expectations, outlining specific goals, and managing performance effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures set forth by Reitman (Canada) LTD.
Qualifications

Who you are:

  • You possess over 1 year of experience in Multi-Unit Management or 5 years in Single Unit Management.
  • Post-Secondary Education is considered an asset.
  • You have a proven track record of driving results, educating, and coaching store leaders on prioritizing tasks to ensure an exceptional customer experience across all channels (Omni Channel Approach).
  • You are skilled in recruiting, hiring, training, and planning for succession to build and maintain a high-performing sales team.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to coach and develop teams to enhance their merchandising skills.
  • You are willing to travel to remote stores, with travel accounting for up to 50% of your schedule.

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 (salary may vary based on relevant experience)
