The backbone of our technological framework

We are in search of a skilled IT Systems Administrator to become a part of our technology team. In this role, you will engage in diverse technology initiatives and play a vital part in ensuring the effectiveness and reliability of our IT framework. You will also have the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise, maximizing technologies to empower your colleagues to perform at their best while safeguarding the security and accessibility of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the collaboration of the System Administration team with ongoing initiatives, ensuring tasks are monitored and followed up with fellow System Administrators. Develop, sustain, and enhance our internal infrastructure (Hyper-V, AWS, and all associated software systems). Engage in troubleshooting and problem resolution, offering solutions and guidance. Assist the IT Support team by addressing some of the most intricate issues faced by our employees. Contribute to the upkeep and enhancement of various systems, including upgrades that may occur outside of standard working hours. Manage system-related projects and requests from inception to completion, which may involve sourcing replacements, deployments, and configurations of existing or new tools.

Desired Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for our team will be someone who views challenges as opportunities for growth and learning. A proactive individual who can foresee potential issues by analyzing our systems and conceptualizing solutions before they arise. Most importantly, we seek someone who enjoys collaborative work and sharing ideas with colleagues.

Essential Skills:

5-8 years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting various SaaS solutions and providers (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, etc.). Experience in networking; while building a network is not mandatory, maintenance and troubleshooting experience is essential. Comprehensive understanding of agile methodologies. Proven experience with mobile device management (Intune, Ivanti, Munki, ABM, Microsoft Autopilot). Availability to work full-time in one of our office locations.
