Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Assembly Technician to join our team at Ashton Tire Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for assembling and installing motor vehicle parts and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain a safe and organized workspace
  • Operate and tend automated assembling equipment to ensure efficient production
  • Connect cables, tubes, and wires to complete assemblies and installations
  • Position and install parts, subassemblies, and accessories with precision and attention to detail
  • Inspect auto parts for defects and ensure that all work meets quality standards
  • Test motor vehicle electrical assemblies, equipment, and wiring for proper performance
  • Drive and test motor vehicles on a roll testing device to ensure that transmission, axle, engine, and brakes function properly
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in a dusty and noisy environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
