Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume positions and conduct sourcing, screening, and assessment of candidates.
- Advise on recruiting best practices, staffing processes, and employment policies.
- Leverage data to provide insights on the talent market.

Requirements:
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
