Food and Beverage Server

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Ricky's Country Restaurant. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests.
Responsibilities- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests have a positive dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Upsell and promote menu items, drinks, and special offers to increase sales and revenue.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Server or in a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
- Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. The role requires the ability to work effectively in a team, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
