Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Food by Fanta Restaurant. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Present menus to customers and make recommendations on food and beverage options.
    • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner.
    • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
Food and Beverage Service
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
Point of Sale and Cash Handling
  • Process customer payments and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Teamwork and Communication
  • Work effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth service.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
Certifications and Licenses
  • Serving It Right Certificate is required.
Work Experience
  • Will train.
Language
  • English is the primary language of communication.
Work Schedule
  • 40 hours per week.
