We're seeking a talented Real Estate Data Analyst to join our team In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping BDC's real estate strategy by leveraging your data analysis expertise.

Your Responsibilities
  • Define and manage data requirements for the Real Estate and Facilities Management team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Contribute to the annual strategic review of the real estate portfolio by providing insightful data-driven analyses.
  • Develop forecasting models using occupancy data from various sources (sensors, access logs, reservation systems) to optimize space utilization in our business centers.
  • Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) by collaborating with the Finance department and maintaining accurate real estate contract databases.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding real estate data management and analysis.
  • Prepare forecasts, simulations, and financial analyses to support decision-making related to real estate projects.
  • Collaborate with our real estate services provider to ensure data integrity by comparing data from different platforms and conducting quality control checks.
  • Stay abreast of internal changes and developments to ensure data management practices remain aligned with evolving business needs.
Your Qualifications
  • Vocational or college diploma (DEP or DEC) in office techniques or management, or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data management, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) in English and French.
