About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Travel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Seasons Travel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our travel services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Schedules

Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to meet the needs of our clients and staff.

Supervise and Train Staff

Provide guidance and support to our team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.

Coordinate Travel Arrangements

Oversee the preparation and submission of reports, as well as the coordination of travel arrangements for our clients.

Resolve Operational Issues

Identify and resolve any operational issues that may arise, providing technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.

Client Support

Assist clients with special needs, ensuring their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Staff Management

Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, as well as hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

Supply Chain Management

Requisition materials and supplies as needed to support our operations.

Requirements
  • Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Education

Other trades certificate or diploma.

Work Setting

Travel agency.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

MS Outlook.

Language

English.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
