Job Title: Travel Operations Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Seasons Travel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our travel agency, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the travel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and other relevant software
